The fall of Stowaway Lass at the last saw Crowsatedappletart left to run out a two and three parts of a length victor of the penultimate event at Limerick, the Race Displays Handicap Hurdle (DIV II).

The Mick Winters-trained scorer got into this two mile five furlong heat from his original position of first reserve, on the defection of Jimli's Cave earlier.

In the hands of Darragh O'Keeffe he was battling it out with Stowaway Lass when left with a decisive advantage from the final flight. True Destiny ultimately followed home in second.

"This horse is very roguey and there are days at home where he'd sulk but today he was looking over the door more than he normally does," said Winters.

"We were beaten 17 lengths the last day in Gowran Park but we were happy enough with him as dwelt a bit at the start and it cost him lengths. I thought his win would come over fences though.

"He is in at Clonmel on Thursday so we'll see how he is."
