The regally-bred Passion (6/1) made the breakthrough on her second start, as she took the opener at Cork, the Irish Stallion Farms EBF Fillies Maiden.
Bought for 800,000 pounds as a yearling, the daughter of Galileo is a full-sister to Capri who won the Irish Derby and the St Leger at Doncaster in 2017.
Fifth on debut over the course and distance, the Aidan O'Brien trained bay was settled behind the leaders this afternoon and was poised in third as they entered the straight.
Ridden to challenge from the furlong pole, she soon got to the front and extended her advantage in the closing stages, going on to score by two and a quarter lengths.
Unknown Pleasure (10/3), who finished ahead of the selection when they clashed on debut, had to settle for second under Shane Foley for Jessica Harrington, while well-backed newcomer Amma Grace (5/2 into 7/4 favouritism) was another half a length away in third.
Donnacha O'Brien was aboard the winner and he said: "She stepped up plenty from her first run, she was very raw the first day."
"She'll be a lovely filly next year going a mile-and-a-half. I loved the way she quickened in the last furlong, and galloped out, she might have a little bit of class about her.
"It's not Dad's way to put them away so I'd imagine if there is a race for her over a mile somewhere she'll run again."
