Amateur jockey Mark Burke registered his first winner at Clonmel today, partnering Wright Flyer to win for his boss, trainer Edward O'Grady.
Following the win, O'Grady briefly mentioned "Wright Flyer will go back hurdling now." The win was the first on the racecourse for 21yo Burke, who had previously partnered four point to point winners.
