Bluebell Diva rewarded favourite backers when delivering at 7/2 in the two mile handicap hurdle at Clonmel.

Ricky Doyle 's mount raced prominently and led four from home. Warm In Gorey looked a danger as he moved into second on the run to the penultimate hurdle.

He didn't have the answers on the run-in, though, as Bluebell Diva saw out every yard in good style to win by two and a quarter lengths.

Runner-up Warm In Gorey was a 16/1 chance and was eight lengths clear of Doyen Ta Win (4/1).

Trainer Mouse Morris said: "She ran well the last day, has improved a bit with every run and is a fine mare. She will probably run again at Limerick over the Christmas."

"The owners Margaret and Sean Casey, from Cahir, bred her and she is by the right stallion (Walk In The Park)."
