Bittersweet makes it 2 from 2 for McGuinness Bittersweet is now two from two since joining Ado McGuinness, her latest success coming under Ben Coen in the Mourne Windows & Doors Apprentice Handicap at Dundalk. Ben Coen rode the chestnut daughter of Power, and he got her home with a length and three parts to spare over Fastidious. "I knew she'd come on because she didn't do much before the last time she won," said McGuinness. "Her form was solid enough with Royal Admiral the way he ran in the claimer the last time. "I knew she had improved. She's in at Cork on Wednesday, either that or we'll come back here next Friday. "She did it handy enough there so I'll have to see what the boss man (handicapper) does on Monday morning. That'll tell me where I'm going next week. "She loves the surface. Once he switched her and sent her she picked up and went well. She did it nicely. "It's great for everybody and we'll see if we can get another one. She was only a two grand filly a couple of weeks back so she's not too bad!" Liam P Cusack, trainer of Crafty Hugo, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his charge never travelled during this race (GC & EM)
