Fran Berry recorded a double this evening after winning the feature race Her Majesty's Plate aboard the John Oxx trained Mourad for owner His Highness The Aga Khan.
Berry said afterwards, "That was my third time winning the race, he was a straight forward ride, I got a good lead from Consulate at the top of hill. He ran a bit green when Teacht An Earraig went by but he kept on well and won impressively, he's a very nice horse."
That was Berry's 61st winner of the season making him third in the Jockey's Championship 3 winners behind Johnny Murtagh and 1 winner behind Pat Smullen.
