Seo Linn (4/5 fav) was an emphatic winner of the Irish Stallion Farms EBF Fillies Flat Race under Johnny Barry.

Trained for Mrs Ann Phelan and Mrs Bridget Beckett by Paddy Twomey, the daughter of Order Of St George had found just one too good when beaten by a Willie Mullins-trained gelding over course and distance in May.

In gloomy conditions, she could be spotted travelling well behind the leaders and was sent to the front two furlongs out to beat Tangara Bay by five-and-a-half lengths.

Barry remarked: "She'd a great run here the first day and she came forward a lot from that, and mentally came on a good bit.

"Paddy is at the sales today but he was sweet on her chances and she was impressive.

"She wouldn't want extremes but went through that ground well."

"This race had been the plan for a while and she might go to Gowran Park for a Listed bumper in October."
