Betfair has announced that it will sponsor the €130,000 Group 2 Matron Stakes at Leopardstown on Saturday.

The leading betting exchange will also add its name to a €25,000 Maiden hurdle at Listowel on Kerry Grand National day.

These two races now bring the company’s race sponsorship portfolio in Ireland to seventeen races.

In only their second year sponsoring races in this country their brand is already the leading commercial sponsor.
