BEEF OR SALMON TO MAKE CHASING DEBUT

Michael Hourigan has high hopes for Beef Or Salmon and will send the 6-Y-O to Clonmel on Sunday 24th November to make his fencing debut in the Grade2 Morris Oil Chase.

Horigan trained Doran`s Pride to win the race an unprecedented four times.

Beef Or Salmon has already won a point-to-point, two Bumpers, a Hurdle and a race under flat rules.

On his most recent start he was a little unlucky in running when third to Bubble And Squeak in the Leopardstown November Handicap.

One of his best efforts came in defeat when he chased home Ned Kelly in a Flat race over two miles at the Curragh last April.
