Henry de Bromhead's Atimetodream rewarded favourite backers in Listowel with a wide-margin victory in the second split of the Kathleen Walsh Memorial Handicap Hurdle.

The 4/1 shot made good headway from fifth to pick off Dontdooddson at the final flight (normal two out). The new leader asserted at the wings of the bypassed last and strode right way by eight and a-half lengths.

Dontdooddson (16/1) plodded on for second, but was nicely clear of Mac's Xpress (5/1).

Stable representative Robbie Power said: "We were a little bit worried about the tacky ground. I used to ride her mother Burn And Turn and she didn’t like that ground, but she handled it well.

“She was entitled on some of her maiden runs to win off that mark.

“She came in season last Sunday and couldn’t run but thankfully there was a race there today.

“She has a nice pedigree and hopefully it’s onwards and upwards from here.

“The syndicate also had (Champion Chase winner) Put The Kettle On.”

Jockey Cian Quirke was taken to hospital for assessment on a leg injury sustained when Hard Target was brought down.
