The I.N.H. Stallion Owners EBF Maiden Hurdle at Down Royal saw 5/2 favourite Air Of Entitlement travel all over her rivals at the business end.

On her racecourse jumping debut, the bumper winning former Colin Bowe point-to-point scorer ultimately wasn't hard pressed at all in the hands of Sean Flanagan, to see off well-backed gelding Ballybow (9/2 into 100/30) by three and a half lengths.

Henry de Bromhead has care of Air Of Entitlement for Robcour, and he also saddled the third home, Nastya for owner Alan Halsall.

"Absolutely (a very promising mare) - jumped fantastic and obviously had the experience of point-to-pointing as well," reported Flanagan.

"Probably a middling enough contest on paper, but I couldn't have won any easier than I did.

"I had loads left and I won well now."

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Ivybrook (FR), trained by Dermot Anthony McLoughlin, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be showing signs of delayed recovery post race.
