3 from 5 for Olwyn Lady Olwyn made it three wins from her last five starts when capturing the Follow Us On Facebook Handicap Hurdle at Fairyhouse under Barry Geraghty. Bouncing back for a disappointing 'beaten favourite' effort at Tramore on her latest outing, Lady Olwyn led from three out and she stayed on well from the last to defeat Tillargon by a length and three parts. John McConnell trains Lady Olwyn for the Glasvale Syndicate and the County Meath-based handler said: "That's great. She's progressing and we don't know what happened last time. I have a suspicion that she flipped her palate as she stopped quickly. "She's such a brilliant jumper and she travelled well over that trip. We're delighted now that she's not in foal. We'll look for something similar in a couple of weeks time and we'll freshen her up. "Barry said she’d enjoy a fence in time." (GC & EM)
