"It wasn't easy from the draw she had and she got a lovely ride from Robbie," said Ms Lavery (1st double). "I've been asking Robbie to ride on the Flat for a few years now and then we've had a quiet time so I'm so pleased for him. "She's a home-bred out of a mare we bought from Juddmonte." Colgan said himself: "She jumped and travelled and did everything great. "It was just a matter of steering her." The Stewards fined Mrs Denise Foster, trainer, €350 for lodging a passport in respect of Merited, in which the vaccinations did not conform with the provisions of Rule 91. The Stewards ordered the withdrawal of Merited in accordance with the provisions of Rule 90 (iv) G.P.
