He was working like a lovely colt. We knew that was probably plenty short for him but it was to get him out and get him started. He will come forward lovely from that. You'd be very happy with him. He could maybe go to the (Group 1 Prix Jean-Luc) Lagardere. We knew he was a six/seven furlong type horse and he will be probably be a miler next year. We just needed to get him started. Dylan said he was very green, but he would have learned a lot there today.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer reported to the Raceday Stewards that Laugier Night trained by Noel Meade was found to be a gelding and not a colt as shown on the passport presented. Having considered the report, the Raceday Stewards fined Noel Meade €130 in accordance with the provisions of Rule 148(xii)
