He had form in bumpers last year, learned his trade and is a lot stronger horse now. He were hoping he'd win in Fairyhouse but a horse ran out through a wing which upset him and he nearly fell at the second-last - only for that he'd have been a lot closer,. He has been working very well since Fairyhouse and my horses are an awful lot better now and the yard is in better form now. Sean Flanagan is great to have and gave him a lovely ride. I'd say he'll handle any ground, we told the owner to have a few pounds on so thank God it worked out.
