An enquiry was held to consider interference on the bend exiting the back straight on the second circuit involving the winner, Datsalrightgino (GER), ridden by Page Fuller and Wiseguy (IRE), placed third, ridden by James Bowen.
Fuller was cautioned for careless riding as she switched her mount right and misjudged the size of the gap between Minella Hub (IRE) and Wiseguy (IRE), resulting in her making slight contact with Wiseguy (IRE) before then having to steady her mount, having realized the gap was not going to be large enough.
It was found that James Bowen had ridden to maintain Wiseguy (IRE)’s line and at no stage moved off his racing line.
Following the race, Kevin Brogan reported that Get Prepared (GB), unplaced, hung left-handed.
Rex Dingle reported that Pilsdon Pen (GB), unplaced, hung left-handed and Jeremy Scott's representative also reported that the gelding made a respiratory noise.
