she got into trouble at Leopardstown the last day and full marks to the owners who have persevered with her. She had placed form in the past but had niggly problems and in fairness the owners stuck by me too - it is very much appreciated. The Stewards informed Edward Lynam, trainer that Chevillon, would have to be recertified before being declared to run from stalls again

The Stewards enquired into a incident in the closing stages involving Company Keeping, ridden by D.P

McDonogh, Brightburn, ridden by Ciara Flynn, and Pallasmore Lass, ridden by S. Foley, where it appeared that Pallasmore Lass moved left in the closing stage. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. D. P. McDonogh, stated that the horses on his out side moved across him. Ciara Flynn, stated that the horse on her outside came across her a little. S. Foley, stated that his mount was green when she hit the front and went left under pressure. He also added that he used his whip in the forehand position for corrective purposes. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were of the opinion that S. Foley, was in breach of Rule 214 (careless riding) and having considered his record, they suspended him for 2 racedays. Mr. S. McDonogh, Acting Steward absented himself from this enquiry

D.P. McDonogh, rider of Company Keeping trained by John C. McConnell, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount got carried left in the last furlong

S. Foley, rider of Pallasmore Lass trained by Gerard O'Leary, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount went left when she hit the front

J.A. Heffernan, rider of Tastyee trained by David Kenneth Budds, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung a little right late on.
