The Blue Bresil gelding is a half-brother to a decent sort in Stoner's Choice and from the family of Ferny Hollow. Jamie Codd takes the ride on newcomer Dee Capo for Gordon Elliott, trainer of the selection. This Maxios gelding cost €230,000 as a store and is from the family of Vauban.
An I.N.H. flat race for four and five years old only that have not won a race under any N.H. Rules or Rules of Racing other than one, two or three I.N.H. flat races or N.H. flat races or a combination of such races and which had been catalogued and offered in the Tattersalls Ireland Derby Sale of June 22nd & 23rd, 2022, the Tattersalls Ireland May Store Sale of May 10th, 2022 or the Tattersalls Ireland July Store Sale of July 13th & 14th, 2022. Horses must be declared by Tattersalls Ireland Ltd. as being eligible to enter and run in accordance with the relevant Conditions of Sale. Horses which do not have a registered name and are not Returned In Training with a Licensed Trainer by Wednesday, 8th March, 2023 will be automatically struck out of this race (Please note for Irish and British bred horses, trained in Ireland, an acceptable naming application should be made to HRI by Thursday, 2nd March, 2023 at the very latest.
