Permission was given for Big Cyril (IRE) to wear a red hood to post.
Aparajeo (IRE) ran very freely to post.
Having been checked by a Veterinary Surgeon at the start, the colt was deemed fit to race.
An enquiry was held to consider interference on the run to the line involving The Strikin Viking (IRE), placed second, ridden by James Doyle, Billboard Star (GB), placed fourth, ridden by Charles Bishop, and the winner, Black Forza (USA), ridden by Dylan Browne McMonagle.
The interference was found to be accidental as The Strikin Viking (IRE) shifted left-handed soon after being corrected by Doyle at the same time as Black Forza (USA) edged slightly right-handed resulting in Billboard Star (GB) becoming momentarily short for room.
Following the race, Hollie Doyle reported that Intrusively (GB), placed third, hung both ways and was never travelling.
