Permission was given for Pressure's On (FR) to wear a red hood to post.
Upon leaving the stalls Pressure's On (FR), placed third, jumped right-handed at the same time that the winner, Bazball (IRE), jumped left-handed resulting in both runners becoming unbalanced after making contact, but after viewing a recording of the incident, it was found that no riding offence was involved and that it had not improved the placing of Bazball (IRE).
An enquiry was held to consider interference approximately 2 furlongs out involving Mecca's Duchess (IRE), placed fifth, ridden by Joe Fanning and Travel Candy (IRE), unplaced, ridden by Ben Robinson.
Robinson was cautioned for careless riding as he moved his horse right-handed when insufficiently clear of MECCA’S DUCHESS (IRE), causing Fanning to take a slight check.
Inside 1½ furlongs out the winner, Bazball (IRE) lugged quickly left-handed as its rider pulled his whip through to correct the filly causing Pressure's On (FR), placed third, to be checked in its run, but after viewing a recording of the incident, it was found that no riding offence was involved and that it had not improved the placing of Bazball (IRE).
