Permission was given for Trevor (GB) to go early to post, be mounted in the chute and wear a red hood.
An enquiry was held to consider interference leaving the stalls and throughout the first furlong when Fifty Grand Slater (IRE), placed third, ridden by Rossa Ryan interfered with the winner, Land Of Magic (GB), ridden by Rhys Clutterbuck and Scoops Ahoy (IRE), placed second, ridden by James Doyle.
Ryan was suspended for 2 days for careless riding as he shifted continuously left-handed when insufficiently clear of Clutterbuck and Doyle, taking them significantly off their intended line and causing Clutterbuck to take a slight check.
An enquiry was held to consider interference inside the final furlong when the winner, Land Of Magic (GB), ridden by Rhys Clutterbuck interfered with Scoops Ahoy (IRE), placed second, ridden by James Doyle.
Clutterbuck was cautioned for careless riding as he allowed his mount to drift right-handed without sufficient correction, causing Doyle to take a slight check.
