De la Sayette was suspended for 2 days for careless riding as he allowed Justice Protecol (GB) to drift right-handed towards the rail, when insufficiently clear, causing Osborne to take a check.
Following the race, the Veterinary Officer reported that Justice Protecol (GB), unplaced, lost a right-hind shoe.
