G.M. Ryan, rider of Mount Parnassus, trained by Donnacha Aidan O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount jumped right from the stalls

The Raceday Stewards reviewed the closing stages of this race involving Lightning Bear, ridden by W. Joyce, placed third, and Mollie Foster, ridden by Saffie Osborne, placed second, where it appeared the two horses came close together near the line. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

For two years old only which have been entered in the Goffs Million at this meeting and had been catalogued in the 2023 Goffs Orby Sale (Book 1 or Book 2) and have been declared by Goffs Bloodstock Sales Ltd. as being eligible to enter and run in accordance with the relevant Conditions of Sale. Horses which do not have a registered name and are not Returned In Training with a Licensed Trainer by Wednesday, 24th July, 2024 will be automatically struck out of this race.
