The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Is That Love, trained by Adrian McGuinness, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal
C.J. MacRedmond, rider of Is That Love trained by Adrian McGuinness, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount ran short of room in the straight. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the matter the Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted
D. McMonagle, rider of Crystal Pool trained by Patrick Martin, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount fly leaped from the gates and then leaned right under pressure

An extended handicap for four years old and upwards rated 45-65
Weights - Top weight in the original handicap and after the time of declaration shall not be less than 10st 2lbs and the minimum weight shall not be less than 8st 6lbs
Penalties - (after calculation of the handicap) A winner shall carry 6lb extra for each race won.
