Permission was given for Wind Place And Sho (GB) to go early to post and be mounted on the chute.
Having reviewed the start the Stewards were satisfied that Wind Place And Sho (GB) had refused to race and was deemed to be a runner.
An enquiry was held into the unruly behaviour of Wind Place And Sho (GB), which refused to race.
James Eustace was interviewed and shown recordings of the start.
Eustace was informed that any future similar behaviour from the gelding may result in the horse being reported to the Head Office of the British Horseracing Authority.
Following the race, the Veterinary Officer reported that Graceful Lady (GB), placed third, lost its left hind shoe.
