He deserved it and is a grand little horse and is genuine. He'll give you the same every day he goes out and he needs good ground. It was beautiful ground and we'll see how the handicapper rates him now.

Rachael Blackmore, rider of Knockmoylan trained by Miss Ellmarie Holden, reported to the Clerk of Scales that her mount jumped poorly throughout
The Stewards enquired into the running and riding of Family Business, ridden by C.P. McNamara, and trained by Donal Coffey. Evidence was heard from the rider and trainer concerned. C.P. McNamara, stated that his instructions were to drop his mount in and get her to settle, as she can be keen and consequently was wearing a hood today. He stated that in hind sight he would have done things differently and ridden his mount closer to the pace as he felt that the race had gotten away from him down the back and his mount then stayed on strongly. Donal Coffey, stated that he was satisfied with the ride that his charge had received. Donal Coffey was accompanied by Ms. Paula Coffey. The Stewards also received a report from the Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer who stated that Family Business was post race normal. Samples were taken for further analysis. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards noted the explanations given.
A hurdle for four years old and upwards, maidens at starting that are EBF eligible and which had been purchased as an unraced three or four year old at Public Auction under the hammer in Ireland or Great Britain for #30,000 or less at a recognised National Hunt Sale and that have not been purchased at Public Auction under the hammer in Ireland or Great Britain for any more than #30,000 at any time and that have not won a race under any N.H. Rules or Rules of Racing other than one I.N.H. flat race or N.H. flat race value not more than #12,000
