Heather Main was asked to explain why she was running Brave Call (IRE) here at Newmarket on going described as Good to Firm, Good in places, having declared the gelding a non-runner at Newmarket on 28 September 2023 on ground with the same official description.
Main stated that in her opinion the ground was riding quicker on this occasion and was therefore happy for Brave Call (IRE) to take its chance.
