It was a nice surprise,. She did it well and probably the drier ground up here made a difference. She also had a first time tongue tie which was probably a help as well.

The Stewards enquired into possible interference inside the two furlong marker involving Dysart Diamond, ridden by D.J. Mullins, placed first, Guiri (GER), ridden by J.S. McGarvey, placed fourth and One Cool Poet, ridden by R.C. Colgan, placed fifth, where it appeared that Guiri (GER) had caused interference when manoeuvering to the right . Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards made no alteration to the Judges placings and took no further action.
An extended handicap hurdle for four years old and upwards that have not won a hurdle race before 3rd May 2020 (123 = 11st 10lbs)
Weights - Top weight in the original handicap and after the time of declaration shall not be less than 11st 10lbs and the minimum weight is 9st 12lbs
Penalties - Winner of a hurdle race after calculation of the handicap shall carry 5lb extra for each hurdle race won.
