An enquiry was held to consider interference approximately 4 furlongs out involving Malibu Sunrise (GB), placed sixth, ridden by Sean Kirrane and the winner, Liv My Life (IRE), ridden by Sam Hitchcott.
Hitchcott was cautioned for careless riding after allowing his mount to move left-handed towards the rail when insufficiently clear of Malibu Sunrise (GB), causing Kirrane to take a slight check.
An enquiry was held to consider interference rounding the home bend involving Heroic Angel (IRE), placed fifth, ridden by Jonny Peate and Desert Master (GB), placed second, ridden by Franny Norton.
Norton was suspended for 2 days for careless riding as he had misjudged the size of the gap when angling around the heels of the winner, Liv My Life (IRE) resulting in Desert Master (GB) making contact with Heroic Angel (IRE) on two occasions which unbalanced that runner.
Following the race, Sam James reported that Riverview Law (GB), placed seventh, jumped left-handed from the stalls; the Veterinary Officer reported that a post-race examination of the gelding found it to be slightly lame on its left-fore.
Phil Dennis reported that Jungle Jim (IRE), placed fourth, hung right-handed.
