Callum Shepherd the rider of Magnum Opus (IRE) was unseated turning into the home straight.
After viewing a recording of the incident, it was found that the incident was accidental and caused by Magnum Opus (IRE) clipping the heel of Cerulean Bay (IRE).
An enquiry was held to consider interference approximately 1 ½ furlongs out involving T’CHALLA, unplaced, ridden by David Probert and Bigbertiebassett (GB), unplaced, ridden by Robert Havlin.
Probert was cautioned for careless riding as he allowed his mount to drift left-handed without sufficient correction causing Havlin to take a check.
Approximately a furlong out the winner, Zain Blue (IRE) stepped quickly left-handed taking EBT’S GUARD, placed third, slightly off its intended line.
After viewing a recording of the incident, it was found that no riding offence was involved and that it had not improved the placings of Zain Blue (IRE).
