She's a lovely filly. I brought her up here a couple of weeks ago just to see if she would like the surface. I thought it was a nice opportunity to start her off until I saw Ashwiyaa in it and I was a bit worried. She does everything professionally and is a lovely, straightforward filly. She has been a no-nonsense filly, loves being in training and does everything very easily. She's a good-moving filly and I think better ground suits her. She flicks over that top of the ground. I was nearly going to enter her for the race on Saturday, the five furlong Listed race up the Curragh, but I thought it could be a bit greedy or something. We will see what the lads want to do. We are in no hurry with her, she has done the job and we will see what is available. She would be for sale. She would be an ideal one for America, I'd say, the way she settled. W McCreery, trainer

R.P. Whelan, rider of Avanti Avana (GB), trained by John S. O'Donoghue, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was slowly away from the stalls

J.A. Heffernan, rider of Byzantine Empress (GB), trained by Kevin Thomas Coleman, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount received interference after one and a half furlongs

R.P. Cleary, rider of Masonbrook Meadow, trained by Kieran P. Cotter, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount received interference shortly after the stalls opened

N.M. Crosse, rider of Bella Colombia, trained by W. McCreery, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ran keen

The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident on the first bend involving Byzantine Empress (GB), ridden by J.A. Heffernan, Masonbrook Meadow, ridden by R.P. Cleary, Smart Impression, ridden by N.G. McCullagh, and Bella Colombia, ridden by N.M. Crosse where it appeared interference may have taken place. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. In his evidence J.A. Heffernan stated that he broke well and it was his intention to follow C.T. Keane, but he got tight for space on the first bend. R.P. Cleary stated that he got tight for space on the first bend. N.G. McCullagh stated that as the runners funnelled across to the first bend he got a little tight for space

N.M. Crosse stated that his filly was running keen on its debut and that he got tight for room on the first bend

Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards took no further action.

For two years old fillies only, maidens at starting that are EBF eligible and which had been purchased as yearlings or as two year olds at Public Auction under the hammer after 1st July, 2022 for #60,000 or less at a designated or specified sale
