He was promising enough before getting an injury and then struggled to find his form when he came back,. We worked him harder during the week thinking it would either kill him or cure him. He was entitled to win a race. Jane is working in Duhallow with Damian Murphy (Foxhunters Chase winning jockey) where he has a nice yard set up.

The Stewards fined Denis Gerard Hogan, trainer, ?350 for lodging a passport in respect of Carraig Aniar, in which the vaccinations did not conform with the provisions of Rule 91. The Stewards allowed the horse to run on receipt of the trainer's written assurance that the vaccinations were in order.
