He jumps a lot better when he’s making the running, and it was an inferior race to the one he ran in last Sunday. He likes that ground, and he won two point-to-points in that kind of ground. He jumps well out of it which some horses find hard. My son says he’s a three miler. In very dry conditions maybe he is but he has enough gears for two (miles).
