he stayed at it well and he’s a horse we liked all the time - he was just big and weak last year. It took a bit of time to get him to settle and we’ve done a lot of work with him over the last few months. He’s settled well, we’ve taken off all the headgear and he stayed out the trip. I just thought he might need the run today but obviously he didn’t. There is a good bit more to come I think and when we do go back over fences we have a nice horse. He’s a much more settled horse this year and we’ll have a little bit of fun with him. E D Delany, trainer
