Kieren is a very good rider (substituted for Keith Donoghue), he has ridden a couple for us before and has got a great pair of hands. He's said he'd rather take a chance than go round them and forfeit ground. He has a gear so, if there was half a gap, he was going to take it.

After race at Curragh Sat, 25th Mar, 2023 (1st)
I ran him in Dundalk earlier in the winter and I'm not sure if it's quickened up there or if he just prefers a bit of an ease at this stage of his life. I wasn't worried about the ground today it was more the trip being on the sharp side. I'm delighted. He was fresh and well at home and I wanted to get a run into him before Fairyhouse at Easter. He'll go to Fairyhouse and possibly Punchestown and then have a break and maybe come back for Galway then. I wouldn't mind a few more like him. He's been a bit unlucky, last year the ball didn't bounce right for him. He has loads of ability and he'll win again for sure.

He did it very well today and I thought Gary gave him a very good ride, he picked up well. We thought he might have needed the run here the last day and he came forward from it at home. he (Razdan) could possibly run over hurdles if the ground dries out in the spring. He'll be a nice dual purpose horse. He is entered for the Triumph Hurdle but that is unlikely. Maybe if he got qualified for the Boodles Hurdle he could run, but we are running out of time for that.
