Permission was given for Queenlet (IRE) and My Silent Song (GB) to both wear a red hood to post.
Inside the final furlong, Light Of Peace (IRE), placed second, shifted marginally left moving the winner DON’T TELL CLAIRE, off its intended line which in turn moved Midheaven (IRE), unplaced, off its intended line but after viewing a recording of the incident, it was found that no riding offence was involved and that it had not improved the placing of Light Of Peace (IRE) and DON’T TELL CLAIRE.
Following the race, Rob Hornby reported that My Silent Song (GB), unplaced, ran too free.
