He’s a nice horse and a big thanks goes to Pat Doyle who trained him to win a point-to-point. Michael and Eddie said if he’s good enough to take to the Land Rover then take him. I only have him from the week after he won his point-to-point. I haven’t galloped him, just cantered him away. Pat did all the hard work with him. He’ll be a nice horse with a summer’s grass, and it’s a good result to get the 1-2-3.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Think Positive, trained by W.P. Mullins, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be lame post race
The Stewards interviewed Mr H.D. Dunne, rider of Wolfofallstreets, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards were of the opinion that Mr. H.D. Dunne was in breach of regulation 10.3(f), in that he used his whip with excessive frequency and regulation 10.4(a), in that he failed to give his mount time to respond. Having considered his record in this regard, the Stewards suspended Mr. H.D. Dunne for 1 raceday.
An I.N.H. flat race for four and five yrs old only that have not won a *race other than one, two or three I.N.H. flat races or National Hunt flat races or a combination of such races and which had been offered in the Goffs Land Rover National Hunt Sale of June 13th and 14th, 2017 ,Lots 1-508 inclusive, or had been catalogued in that sale and withdrawn but were subsequently offered in the Goffs UK August Sale, and have been declared by Goffs Bloodstock Sales Ltd. as being eligible to enter and run in accordance with the relevant Conditions of Sale.
