Scott Dixon was informed that the mare could not run until the day after passing a stalls test.

Autumn Flight (IRE), drawn 2, anticipated the start and accelerated the gate at the same moment as the race had been started thereby enabling the gelding to break quickly.

Being satisfied that it was not caused through a faulty action of the starting stalls, no further action was taken.

Leaving the stalls Winnetka (IRE), placed third, shifted left-handed at the same time as Autumn Flight (IRE), placed fourth, jumped slightly right-handed making contact with Coast (GB), unplaced, causing that runner to lug quickly right-handed badly hampering Ramdon Rocks (GB), unplaced, and inconveniencing Jack Ryan (IRE), placed fifth, but after viewing a recording of the incident, it was found that no riding offence was involved and it did not improve the placings of either Winnetka (IRE) or Autumn Flight (IRE).

On the run to the line, Corinthia Knight (IRE), unplaced, drifted slightly left-handed causing Thore Hammer Hanson, the rider of Ramdon Rocks (GB), unplaced, to take a precautionary check but after viewing a recording of the incident, it was found that no riding offence was involved.

Johnathan Fisher, the rider of Winnetka, placed third was suspended for 2 days for using his whip arm above shoulder height in the home straight.

Ben Robinson, the rider of Idoapologise (GB), placed second, was suspended for 2 days for using his whip without time to respond inside the final furlong.

Following the race, Jamie Spencer reported that Give A Little Back (FR), unplaced, hung left-handed throughout.
