I was more than quietly confident. He had form on goodish ground. He finished well in Galway on it. I think I over-raced him on heavy ground. He was running so well it was hard to pull the plug on him as he kept getting graded placed. He'll probably run in the three mile Grade 1 at Punchestown, it's a novice race.
