Permission was given for Get Jiggy With It (IRE) to wear a red hood to post and for Triumph Of Peace (GB) to be mounted in the chute.
Approaching the final ½ furlong, Get Jiggy With It (IRE), placed second, shifted left-handed at the same time as the winner, Rajindri, shifted right-handed, causing both horses to be bumped, turning the hind quarters of Rajindri resulting in the filly becoming briefly unbalanced, but after viewing a recording of the incident, it was found that no riding offence was involved and that it had not improved the placing of Get Jiggy With It (IRE).
