Prince of Rome (IRE) was given permission to go early to post.
An enquiry was held to consider interference shortly after the start between the winner, Zac Brown (IRE), ridden by Joshua Bryan, Global Tango (IRE), unplaced, ridden by Ryan Tate, Isle Of Innisfree (USA), unplaced, ridden by Jack Mitchell, Green Door (IRE), placed third, ridden by Luke Morris and Airshow (GB), placed fourth, ridden by Alistair Rawlinson.
The interference was found to be accidental as Airshow (GB) jumped right leaving the stalls interfering with Green Door and Isle Of Innisfree (USA) at the same time as Zac Brown and Global Tango shifted left independently causing ISLE OFINNISFREE (USA) to be tightened for room.
Joshua Bryan, the rider of Zac Brown (IRE), drawn 7, had appeared not to keep straight from the stalls.
After being interviewed and shown recordings of the incident, the rider was suspended for 1 day.
Finley Marsh, the rider of Prince of Rome (IRE), placed second, was suspended for 2 days for using his whip above the permitted level from just inside the final furlong.
