An enquiry was held to consider interference on the bend into the home straight, involving Mr Jetman (IRE), placed fourth, ridden by Brandon Wilkie and Whatwouldyouknow (IRE), unplaced, ridden by Ethan Tindall.
Being a 7lb claiming apprentice, Tindall was offered the opportunity to be accompanied but declined.
Wilkie was suspended for 6 days for careless riding as he shifted his mount right when insufficiently clear causing Tindall to take a considerable check and Whatwouldyouknow (IRE) to become unbalanced against the rail.
Following the race, Ethan Tindall reported that Whatwouldyouknow (IRE), unplaced, suffered interference turning into the home straight.
