Permission was given for Gone With The Tide (IRE) to go early to post and for Scarlet Jet (IRE) to wear a red hood to post.
An enquiry was held to consider interference approaching the second last flight of hurdles involving the winner, Country Mile (IRE), ridden by Harry Skelton, Young Getaway (IRE), placed third, ridden by Sean Quinlan and Gatsby Blue (GB), unplaced, ridden by Conor Rabbitt.
Skelton was cautioned for careless riding as he allowed his mount to edge right-handed when insufficiently clear, moving Young Getaway (IRE) off its intended racing line which in turn caused Gatsby Blue (GB) to become short of room.
Following the race, Jamie Hamilton reported that Gone With The Tide (IRE), unplaced, hung left- handed throughout.
