Permission was given for Revolutionise (IRE) to wear a hood in the Parade Ring and to be mounted on the chute and for Mendoza to go early and be led to post.
The winner, Revolutionise (IRE), appeared to show improved form, compared with its previous run at Newmarket on 17 August 2019 where the gelding finished fifteenth of sixteen, beaten by 8 ¼ lengths.
Roger Varian’s representative’s explanation that the gelding benefitted from a patient ride and settling better as well a drop-in grade from Class 4 to Class 5 was noted.
Revolutionise (IRE) was routine tested.
