The Turf Club Veterinary Officer examined Caso Do Lago, trained by Edward Lynam, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be Post Race Normal. N.G. McCullagh, rider of Caso Do Lago trained by Edward Lynam, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount ran flat.
An extended handicap for two yrs old only (75 = 9st 10lb)
Penalties - (after calculation of the handicap) A winner shall carry 5lb extra for each race won Any horse rated above 75 shall initially be treated as having that rating and the highest weight allotted shall be 9st 10lb.
