The performance of Much Too Dear (IRE), which started favourite and finished eighth of eleven runners, beaten 18 ½ lengths was considered.
Charlie Price reported that the gelding hung left-handed, and Laura Horsfall further reported that Much Too Dear (IRE) was unsuited by the track, which in her opinion was too tight for the gelding.
The Veterinary Officer examined Much Too Dear (IRE) post-race and reported the gelding to be lame on its right-fore.
Following the race, Charlie Hammond reported that Planet Legend (IRE), placed second, was hampered 2 furlongs out and Joe Anderson reported that the winner, Porter In The Park (IRE), clipped heels and stumbled turning in.
The Veterinary Officer reported that Victoria Milano (IRE), which was pulled up, had bled from the nose.
