I didn't want to come here and killed my brother (Ger) for not going to Kildorrery next Sunday but he didn't even enter him - I thought he was out of his depth. I bought him for 500 euro. The Directors of the Irish Horse Racing Regulatory Board approved a change to the conditions of Race 3 at 14:55 in Thurles under Rules 47 and 62 of the Rules of Racing due to a typographical error in the published conditions

The date 12th February 2019 was amended to read 12th February 2020. This alteration was published by electronic means following the decision and prior to the race in accordance with Rule 47

The Stewards interviewed Mr M. J. M. O'Sullivan, rider of Macs Legend, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards found Mr. M. J. M. O'Sullivan in breach of regulation 10, 3 (g) excessive frequency. Having considered Mr. M. J. M.O' Sullivan's record in this regard the stewards suspended Mr. M. J. M
