it’s nice to get this one on the board and it was a cool ride. Jack's agent Ken Whelan told me this lad can ride and he was right!. I only have the horse about six weeks and a great bunch of lads from Cork City own him. I’ve had a bit of luck for these owners before and win, lose or draw they enjoy their racing. The Stewards interviewed D.J. Gilligan, rider of Sicario, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who accepted that he was in breach of the Regulation and apologised for his actions. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were satisfied that D.J. Gilligan was in breach of Regulation 10.3.g, excessive frequency. Having considered D.J
