Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards attributed the incident to accidental interference and took no further action

The Stewards enquired into an incident after the last hurdle involving Political Policy, ridden by G.N. Fox, and The King Of Brega, ridden by D. Robinson, where it appeared The King Of Brega was carried towards the stand side

Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards took no further action other than to advice Mr. Fox to ride with more care in future.

Weights - Top weight in the original handicap; shall not be less than 11st 10lb
Penalties - Winner of a hurdle race after calculation of the handicap to carry 6lb extra for each hurdle race won.
