An enquiry was held to consider interference entering the first bend involving the winner, Enlightenment (IRE), ridden by Jack Mitchell and Miss Belladonna (GB), placed third, ridden by Cam Hardie.
Hardie was cautioned for careless riding as he had permitted his mount to edge slightly left- handed before being fully clear of a free running Enlightenment, resulting in Mitchell having to briefly steady to avoid his heels.
An enquiry was held to consider interference approaching 3 furlongs out involving Seven Springs (GB), unplaced, ridden by Molly Presland and Waverley Star (GB), placed fourth, ridden by Dale Swift.
As a 7lb claiming apprentice, Presland was offered the opportunity to be accompanied in the enquiry, but declined.
The interference was found to be accidental as Waverley Star (GB) had locked on with its rider and charged through inside the heels of Tabeeb (GB), placed fifth, where there was never a legitimate gap leaving Swift pinned between runners and unable to relieve the pressure, causing Seven Springs (GB) to be severely hampered against the rail.
